Your Spring Is Here
A word for every dry, dormant, and waiting place in your life.
New Season, New Life — Even in the Dry Bones
Spring is coming.
You can feel it in the air — that quiet shift, that gentle warmth beginning to push through the cold. Trees that looked dead just weeks ago are budding again. Flowers are breaking through soil that seemed too hard, too dry, too far gone to produce anything beautiful.
And I am decreeing the same thing over your life right now.
There is a powerful moment in the book of Ezekiel where God takes the prophet to a valley — and it is filled with dry bones. Not just dead things. Dry things. Things that had been lifeless for a long time. Things that, by every natural measure, had no business coming back.
And God asks one simple question:
“Can these bones live?”
Maybe that’s the question hovering over something in your life today. That dream that has been sitting untouched. That relationship that feels beyond repair. That area of your health, your finances, your hope — that has felt dry for far too long.
Can it live again?
God’s answer to Ezekiel was yes. And I believe His answer to you is the same.
Spring doesn’t ask the ground’s permission to bring forth new life. It just comes. And what was buried begins to rise. What was dormant begins to bloom. What looked like it was over — wasn’t over at all. It was just waiting for the right season.
Your season is shifting.
The same God who commands the earth to come alive after every winter is speaking to the dry places in your life. He is breathing on what has been dormant. He is sending rain to ground that has been cracked and thirsty. He is not done with what you thought was finished.
So as the flowers begin to bloom and the days grow longer, let this season be a reminder —
🌿 New beginnings are still possible.
🌿 Dead things can live again.
🌿 God specializes in the valley of dry bones.
Let new life come. To your body. To your mind. To your heart. To every area that has felt like winter for far too long.
Your spring is here. 🌸
